These Terms and Conditions of Use regulate the access and use of the website https://www.pestanatroia.com/pt/ (hereinafter, the «Site»), under the responsibility of Carvoeiro Golfe, S.A, with registered office at Empreendimento do Gramacho, Lot 4, Edifícios de Escritórios, section 1011, 8400 – 080, Estômbar, and with the NIPC 501276084 (hereinafter referred to as «CARVOEIRO GOLFE”).

Browsing this Site implies the User’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. No products or services will be sold through the Site, and its purpose is to present and promote Pestana Tróia Eco-Resort, as well as to allow the User to request information and/or be contacted.

The User must carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept them, you must leave the Site.

 

2. Use of the Website

2.1. Obligations of the User

  • The User enjoys complete freedom of use of the Website as long as they respect these Terms and Conditions of Use, namely with regard to intellectual property and the protection of personal data.
  • The User is solely responsible for the use they make of the contents of the Website.
  • By using the Site, the User undertakes to:

10. General Provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is held by a competent authority to be void, voidable, unenforceable, unenforceable or invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
